About Me
Some random facts…
- I was born August 31, 1966.
- I started playing pool as a serious interest around 1985.
- My first cue was a Hicks Stick sneaky pete (Jeff Olney sold it to me).
- Started to learn pool on the Submarine Base Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
- I owned a billiards pro shop before going full time into cue making.
- Favorite cue prior to building any of my own, SouthWest.
- I have two daughters that are the best girls ever.
- Photography has been my other passion next to building cues.
- My first introduction to a lathe was by John Shelton (R.I.P).
- I build around 50 to 60 cues a year.
- Started building cues in 1995 and have built every year since.
- My favorite cue to build is the merry widow style.
- My favorite woods to use are thuya burl, birdseye maple and ebony.
