Cue Care
Here are a few thoughts…
- A soft dry cotton towel is great for your cue.
- It can be used on the shafts as well as the butt.
- Avoid sanding your shaft. Sanding your shaft will eventually change its shape & size.
- Use sandpaper in grits 1000 and higher to avoid removing material from the shaft.
- Have your tips done professionally.
- Avoid cleaning your shaft with water or cleaners if possible.
- The cleaner your hands are the cleaner the cue will be.
- Never wet your linen wrap with water or cleaners.
i am interested in a similar cue as that olive wood you are showing up top on your website, beautiful but subtle try to call on phone number on your websitebut it is disconnected please respond with a phone number so i may in touch with you thank you chuck cutler

RE CUE CARE…
If I may add…
I find using automotive products good for most modern cues:
Polishes, glazes, sealers, & waxes maintain the deep shine of the clear coat finishes of the cue butts and protects them as well from contaminants such as the acidic sweat (especially for wrapless handles) dusts, etc.
Microfiber cloths are better than the ordinary cloths as they are softer and they trap the dirts & dusts under the fibers thus preventing the cue’s finish to be scratched (like a sandpaper when an ordinary cloth picks up the chalk dust and stays on its surface). It would be better to have several microfiber cloths for separate uses (ex. since shafts accumulate more chalk dusts, it should have a cloth to be used on it only)
Hope this helps
